The Details:
Our membership fee(s) are started upon enrollment. The initial month's fee is pro-rated for the remainder of the month. This amount is non-refundable. Future membership fees are paid by the calendar month on an ongoing basis until cancellation. Payment of membership fees is required to remain an active member and receive service.
ALL members must enroll for Auto-Pay of invoices with a Credit/Debit Card or ACH. Due to our low staff and low overhead business model, we cannot invoice or bill membership or other fees. Auto-pay dates can be on the 1st or 15th day of the month.
Memberships require NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS or commitments. However, cancellation and re-enrollment may require a fee as noted below.
The only additional expenses to the monthly membership fees will be for medications, and/or optional procedures (such as PRP or additional chiropractic therapy). Any medications prescribed and dispensed at the clinic will be charged at the clinic’s cost. If we don’t have the medications you need in stock, we can write a prescription to take to your favorite pharmacy.
Likewise, any labs ordered and drawn at the clinic will be at the cost to process the labs. X-rays of any body part can be completed for a minimal cost at our contracted imaging center.
RADIOLOGY
We have a network of affordable imaging studies for our members. We can often save 70-90% discount vs. standard pricing. Examples include....
X-rays = $40-90
Ultrasound = $150-250
CT Scan = $270-350
MRI = $450-600
Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership at anytime for any reason by phone, message or mail. All charges, including membership fees, will continue to accrue until notice of cancellation is given.
Re-Enrollment:
If a member discontinues membership - by choice or lack of payment - the member may rejoin in the future but will be required to pay a “Re-Enrollment” fee of $200 per member in addition to other standard charges to re-establish your membership(s) as active.
Service Fees:
All services not covered by membership fees (non-covered labs, etc.) may be required to be PAID IN-FULL AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. Members may pay by cash, check or credit/debit card. Some charges may be added to the next month's invoice at our discretion.
“No-show” charges:
None. Ewww. That sounds terrible. We are here to work with you. Membership has its privilege's!
Health Insurance:
We are an independent, alternative way to receive your primary health care, but not a complete substitute for health “insurance”. We encourage, but don't require, our members to carry some type of health insurance policy in case of unexpected, expensive health events such as surgery or hospitalization.
If you do have a PPO-style health insurance plan, you can still elect to use your insurance elsewhere (specialists, pharmacy, etc.) just as normal when needed.

Virtual Care:
We communicate with our members like they are our friends or family—by phone, text message (SMS), email, or video chat! This includes after-hours or weekends when a matter is urgent.
You may hear some people call this “telemedicine”, but unlike most of those options, we maintain a personal relationship with patients; rather than you just getting some random, available provider.
